毎日 Netflix を観たり、ポッドキャストを流しっぱなしにしたりしていると、日常はただ淡々と過ぎていくようで、知らないうちに脳みそが薄く薄く平べったくなっていく気がする。 だが私は、そのままですませるつもりはない。 平坦な世界では、自分の思考も劣化する。 それを避けたいなら、日々の中に“異物”を入れなければならない。 新しい視点、新しい不安、新しい刺激。 だから私は意図的に、毎日、自分の思考の地面に小さな地震を起こすように、別の視点に飛び込んでいく。 Watching Netflix or letting podcasts play endlessly makes the days slide by so quietly that my mind feels like it gets thinner and flatter without me noticing. But I refuse to just drift like that. In a flat world, my thoughts deteriorate.
